Group or 1-2-1 Antenatal Class

Most antenatal classes put a lot of focus on birth, but mine are a little different. While birth is of course important, I go deeper into something just as essential – feeding your baby. Whether you are planning to breastfeed, bottle feed, or are still exploring your options, these sessions are designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to make the choices that feel right for you and your family.

We will talk about what to expect in the early days, how to prepare in advance, and how to navigate common challenges. You will learn evidence-based information in a relaxed, supportive environment, with plenty of time to ask questions and chat openly.

Whether you are a first-time parent or adding to your family, you are very welcome. However you choose to feed your baby, this class is here to support you.

Postnatal Support

Feeding your baby in the early days can feel overwhelming. Whether you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or doing a bit of both, it is completely normal to have questions or worries. You might be experiencing sore nipples, latch issues, or concerns about milk supply. Perhaps you are unsure if things are going well, or just need someone to listen and guide you through.

As a qualified Breastfeeding Counsellor and Infant Feeding Coach, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support for new parents across the Scottish Borders, Edinburgh, and surrounding areas. I can visit you at home or welcome you to my peaceful garden studio, where you can relax and talk openly in a calm, non-judgemental space.

My postnatal sessions are tailored to your unique feeding journey. I am here to help you feel more confident, supported, and informed no matter how you choose to feed your baby.

You do not have to figure it out alone.
The right support at the right time can make all the difference.

“Becky completely transformed my feeding journey. I went from feeling completely miserable to feeling confident and empowered to exclusively breast feed my baby. Becky was kind and gentle with a very hormonal first time mum who needed a boost. I can’t thank her enough for her continued support!”
